ABOUT

Created in 2015, MONTISSON (formerly Monochromatiques) is a collection of handmade ceramic and metal accessories and ornaments, entirely crafted in my countryside studio near Paris.

Each piece is born from an artisanal process where the material preserves the trace of the maker’s hand. The ceramics are shaped by hand, then glazed with a brush or through dipping before being fired at high temperatures, revealing unique and durable surfaces.

I also explore metalwork through various techniques, with a particular fondness for lost-wax casting, an ancient process that allows me to bring complex forms and intricate details to life.

Inspired by animal figures, ancient symbols, popular culture, folk art, and mythology, my work seeks to create distinctive pieces that feel like fragments of stories to wear or collect.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
Thank you for visiting my shop!
